My neurodivergence was always just neurodiversity, it was my fear of accepting it that kept me from holding everything. Anytime I wouldn't wanna hold it, it returned me to the point of nothing.

Give yourself an allowance by telling yourself something very important. It goes like this,

"I am a happy accident, so I am not meant to be unhappy.

I can make mistakes, so that I may never quit."

Say it over-and-over again until you know it.
